Welcome to Mobile TV Systems. We were supposed to provide mobile video security solutions for public and fleet transportation systems. We did manage to negotiate to represent the Mobile AVX  advanced mobile DVR Security and Fleet Mangement /  TV system in North and South America, as well as English speaking European Countries.  We were also going to provide custom developed solutions based upon this advanced mobile communications platform.

Our mobile TV Fleet Management and Digital Video Recording Systems were suitable for land transportation uses, such as in buses, trains and trucking, fleet rental vehicles, taxi cabs or law enforcement applications. Our units were able to provide real time video feeds directly from the vehicle, to the home office via the Internet or your private mobile network. We were even able to enable a video feed from your vehicle to your web enabled cell phone. With our video solutions you might have been able to see live events unfold before you while your fleet vehicle is being driven. If an alarm event occurs or an alarm sensor is triggered, you can view what the driver is seeing, and then pinpoint that exact location on a map, Our solutions could have  provided you with Internet mapping software that tracks your fleet and helps keep your staff safe from harm. Our solutions did do this  In real time. While you still had time to react. You had the ability to see it happening right then. Not after the fact. When it's was all over and when it 'd be too late to act.

As I said, when its all over its too late to act, and repair the damage done. Just like the damage that happens to a person, and his family after the Family Responsibiliy Office finishes with  it's victim, by its enforcement actions that strip a person of their ability to earn a living, by inane enforcement actions that strip people of their Charter Mobility Rights, their Economic Rights, their Security Rights, and various other Human  Rights guarenteed under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and a variety of other Acts , Laws, and Legislation.  Just like taking away a drivers license from someone, who needed to demonstrate and further test advances and modifications to this type of equipment. Thank you Ministry of Community and Social Services for creating such enlighted enforcement proceedings that clearly do not meet the intent or the vision or the goals as outlined on the FRO website that destroys this type of employment, and possible job creation opportunities for others in our Country. Nor allows its "Victims" to honour its court imposed obligation to create income, in order for one to pay child support.  I really hope that what the FRO says is true, that they are responsible for thier actions. Because, a quite a number of people have had their entire lives totally destroyed by their ill thought out, and conceived enforcement proceedings, and outrageous fees charged for their services, that is taking the food right out of the children's mouths. Like 400.00 dollars to suspend a drivers license. Of which the Province then charges another $150.00 on top of that to get it back. That is money those children never see, and winds up in the general revenues of the Province. Shame for taking money from those your are empowered by the public to protect and collect money for. Contrary to the very purpose, mission , and goals your publicly profess on your Website. The purpose is to collect Child Support for our Kids. More fees like 400.00 dollars to lose your Mobility Rights, that being your Passport. Your Passport is the only legal identification of a Canadian Citizen. Did someone forget or fail to  tell the Public , our Judiciary, and our Federal and Provincial Legislatures the result of these enforcement actions and possible Charter and Human Rights Violations? Did anyone ever read the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights Canada Signed before allowing some of these enforcement actions to be used? Ever wonder why "Good Parents Can't Pay" ? There are a lot of people out there that can tell the real story. How about the credit reports that this office issues against it's victims. People can't get a job when they are interviewed, as it turns up at decision making time...when the employer checks out that persons credit...and sees that they are going to have nothing but trouble with garnishees, etc.. and who wants to hire a deadbeat anyhow... So you really got to laugh when Privacy Laws are supposed to protect people....by the way...does Revenue Canada have a "Good Taxpayers Pay" site for defaulting taxpayers....get real..they seem to be able to collect using the power of garnishee...and don't have to resort to the inane act of suspending a fishing license.....duh Get Real.

I was ordered by the Court to earn income, but was obstructed in this Court Order, by the very actions of the Agency created to collect it. Some people in other Provinces and Countries may even refer to this as obstruction of justice, or at the very least, Regulatory Negligence. Tortes have been committed.
